Delete your ReddX account
For Hatchbyte and the other ReddX apps that share your Google sign-in.
Before you continue
- Your ReddX sign-in profile, shared theme ownership and stored purchase-verification records will be deleted.
- This affects theme access across ReddX apps using this account. Deletion cannot be undone. Signing in later can create a new account; previous shared theme access is not guaranteed.
- Your Google account and Google Play order history are not deleted. Deletion does not issue refunds or cancel subscriptions in other apps; manage those through Google Play.
- Hatchbyte pets and game progress stay on your device. Use Settings → Reset Progress to clear pets, Bits and collections. Android's app storage controls can clear all local app data.
Sign in, then confirm
Use the same Google account you use in Hatchbyte or another ReddX app. Signing in alone does not request deletion.

What happens next
After you confirm, cleanup starts automatically. You can close this page once it says your request was accepted. Temporary service failures are retried automatically.
A security record containing the ReddX account ID and deletion timing is kept for 24 hours after completion to prevent late updates from restoring deleted records. It is removed by the next hourly cleanup. It contains no email, name or purchase token.
Existing cloud diagnostic logs may contain account identifiers and expire after 30 days. Google Cloud's required audit logs are retained for 400 days. These logs are separate from the deleted sign-in profile, themes and purchase records.
Downloaded theme caches on other devices may remain until those apps reconnect or their local storage is cleared. Account deletion cannot remotely erase offline device storage. Records held independently by Google remain subject to Google's policies.
