This privacy policy applies to the mobile applications "Gubbins Gacha", "Hatchbyte", "Spin It", "Fidge It", "One Thing", "Whose Turn?" and "Did I?" developed by ReddX Industries.
Basic Use: Most of our applications do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) during basic use. No account registration is required to use core features.
Some apps ("Hatchbyte", "Spin It", "Did I?", "Fidge It") offer optional Google Sign-In to sync purchased themes across apps. When you choose to sign in:
The "Did I?" app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver reminder notifications. This requires:
This data is stored securely on Firebase servers and is used solely to deliver your scheduled reminders.
Some apps offer Pro features via Google Play billing or Gumroad license keys. Purchase transactions are handled by Google Play or Gumroad - we do not collect or store payment information. Only purchase confirmation data (product ID, purchase token) is stored to verify entitlements.
Hatchbyte offers optional rewarded ads, a home-screen banner and purchases through Google Play. A completed Shop ad gives 50 Bits, up to three times per day. A completed minigame ad adds that round's Bits once; it does not double other rewards. Google Play handles payment details. We receive purchase confirmation information, not your card details.
Signing in to buy or restore purchases links your Firebase account identifier to product IDs and purchase-verification records. Theme receipts retain the purchase token so ownership and refunds can be checked with Google Play. Bit-pack verification stores a hashed receipt, the pack and amount, delivery identifier and time. The original-device delivery identifier and account identifier are hashed when sent to Google Play to prevent duplicate delivery and link purchases correctly. Bits and pet progress remain in the local save; consumed Bits cannot be restored to a fresh installation or another device.
Before loading ads, Hatchbyte asks for an age range and checks privacy choices using Google's User Messaging Platform. The age range is stored on the device, not in your ReddX account; age-treatment flags are sent to Google. Players aged 13-17 receive teen ad treatment, with stricter under-age-of-consent treatment for ages 13-15. Under-13 players and players who skip the choice receive no ads. Ads are filtered to Google's G content category. Gameplay remains available without ads.
When ads are enabled, Google AdMob may collect and share IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), app and ad interactions, diagnostic information and device or account identifiers, including the advertising ID where permitted. These support advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Ad data is encrypted in transit. Hatchbyte does not send your pet save, email address or ReddX purchase receipts to AdMob. We do not enable a separate Firebase Analytics SDK in Hatchbyte.
Open Settings > Privacy & Account > Ad settings to change your age selection or turn ads off by skipping. Where Google requires it, Ad privacy choices opens the privacy-options form so you can review consent or opt-out choices. Availability of personalized, non-personalized or limited ads depends on your choices, age treatment and region. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps.
We do not share your data with third parties except to provide the described services (Firebase for authentication/notifications, Google Play for purchases, and Google AdMob for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention). All data is transmitted over secure HTTPS connections and stored using industry-standard security practices.
Automatically delete your shared ReddX account. Sign in with the Google account you use for ReddX and confirm deletion. Signing in or signing out alone does not request deletion. The process runs automatically; you do not need to send an email.
Deletion removes your ReddX sign-in profile, shared theme ownership and stored purchase-verification records. It affects all ReddX apps using that account. Google accounts and Google Play order history are not deleted; deletion does not issue a refund or cancel subscriptions. A minimal security record containing the account ID and deletion timing is kept for 24 hours after completion and removed by the next hourly cleanup. Temporary cleanup failures are retried automatically.
Existing cloud diagnostic logs may contain account identifiers and expire after 30 days. Google Cloud's required audit logs are retained for 400 days. These logs are separate from the deleted sign-in profile, themes and purchase records.
Hatchbyte pet progress is stored locally, not synced to your ReddX account. Settings > Reset Progress clears pets, Bits and collections while keeping sound settings and UI themes. Use Android's app storage controls to clear all local app data. Account deletion cannot remotely erase offline caches on other devices. Records independently held by Google remain subject to Google's policies.
